To enter information in a box, click inside the box and type. To stop, just do something else. The <Backspace>, <Delete> and arrow keys work normally. For a new line in the "Questions and comments" box or the "surface mail address" box, use the <Enter> or <Return> key, whichever one is on your keyboard.
