BTW, the photo you show of an anterior open bite is not a good
representation of what the NTI can allow for...what that shows is a
skeletal growth result...
Sometimes, when the condyle seeks it's best opitimal position (which the
NTI allows for), the jaw relationship changes, and one of the potential
outcomes is an anterior open bite, which easily "fixable"...
