Fill in the spaces (some may not apply to you) at click on the "Send in my report" button at the bottom.

2/26/01: NOTE: You no longer have to enter the time and date. Also, if you use the <Enter> or <Return> key, it will have an effect on the screen, but I will not see that effect.
2/14/01: PC users call it the "Enter" key, while Mac users call it the "Return" key. Either way, it is the key that starts a new line. Please don't use it inside any of the areas below, but in particular not within the "Do you have a question" or "Comments" sections. Right now, it is not compatible with the software I use to look at these reports. Maybe some day I will upgrade the software, but probably not soon. And anyway, the easy fix, so probably the one I will make, is to just run everything together as if it were all on one line anyway.

Notice that "I am satisfied with my progress" defaults to "Yes" and "Please contact me about the course" defaults to "No." Please do not let these defaults discourage you from changing them as you want.
