Weekly class report
Fill in the spaces (some may not apply to you) at click on the "Send in my report" button at the bottom. Do not use the "Return" or "Enter" key to make new lines or paragraphs, especially in the sections "Do you have a question" and "Comments." All uses of the "Return" or "Enter" key are removed before I see what you typed.

Notice that "I am satisfied with my progress" defaults to "Yes" and "Please contact me about the course" defaults to "No." Please do not let these defaults discourage you from changing them as you want.

(NEW) Weekly reports for GST 1990 are required only if you are an online student and are not taking GST 2010, GST 2020, or both. If you are taking one of these other courses, you only need to make a weekly report if you have a question or problem.
