To print out PowerPoint notes while saving paper:

  1. Open file in PowerPoint
  2. Click on "File" menu item, then "Print..." (For PowerPoint 2007, click on circle, then Print)
  3. On Print dialog, for "Print what:" choose "Handouts"
  4. Choose the slides per page that you want (I like 6), then click "OK."
