Frances E. Cureton
Hello, this semester I am enrolled with the following classes, Internet and Society, eCommerce and WorkPlace 2000.
I really enjoy attending Wayne State University and I enjoy being enrolled in the Interdisciplinary Studies Program (ISP). The dedication the faculty have for the students is great, the student body has such a positive attitude and is very supportive toward their peers. I cannot express the fulfillment that I have received from Wayne State University and the ISP Program.
In our competitive society in which we live in it is vitally important to continue our education, I stress this to my children and the greatest example I can use is myself.
I have 2 (+ 1) children a son, Ric
24 and a daughter
Judith Ann, 20.
Ric is in the Army; he is a Military Police Officer, (MP) station in Germany. Presently he is in Kosova, accompanying the peacekeepers. Judy-Anne (this is what I call her) is attending Mary Grove College here in Detroit, Michigan. Her love for the medical field is leading her to pursue a career as aPediatrician.
The + 1 child, is Sheba. She is a
chow-chow who does not understand that she is a
dog. No, I should not say that. She understands that at times she is something other then
a dog. When it is time for dinner she becomes a dog. The reason is we (human) eat at the
dinner- table; Sheba eats in the hallway near the basement. Sheba thinks she is one of the
children; she travels with me quite often, whether it is going shopping or going
out-of-town, she is right there with me.
My hobbies are many. I am a Gemini and a true Gemini, Gemini's has many hobbies and all of them are favorites. Whatever strikes our fancy is what our hobbies will be. Presently, I am scrap booking and enjoying it a lot. I scrap booked my nephew's wedding of two years ago, my vacation I took this summer and I am waiting to began a new book of the birth of my nephew and his wife first child; arrival date: Late October or early November.
