Ruthie Flowers

Ruthie Flowers is an Academic Service Officer (ASO) in the Department of Interdisciplinary (IS) at Wayne State University College of Urban, Labor and Metropolitan Affairs (WSU-CULMA). She serves to promote the interest of students and faculty by assisting students with course planning, curriculum requirements, academic goal assessments, and extra-curricular activities for leadership skills enhancement.

Ruthie’s personal interests include spending time with her two granddaughters when she is not studying for graduate school. She has two daughters who are college graduates. She is also an active member of the warm and friendly Joy Baptist Church in Westland, MI. Above all of her interests is what make all of the other interests possible, and that is her personal relationship with GOD!
